MBA HR-Intern[Summer Trainee]

We have a urgent openings for a fresh MBA-HR Interns who is willing to work for a period of 3 to 6 months. Training and Stipend would be given by the company. Summer Internship for 3 to 6 months Liaising with hiring managers and understanding the exact requirement Preparing JD and specification for the search Sourcing, Headhunting and Referencing for best talent and creating talent pool as per specifications Conducting preliminary fitment check and interest check before forwarding to line manager Conducting and co ordinating tests and interviews Ensuring timely closure of positions Uploading job openings on job portals Stipend will be paid Must haves MBA HR students/freshers looking for HR -Recruitment exposure Excellent communication skills- Oral & Written Hardworking, sincere and smart candidate We would absorb interns on permeanet post depending on thier performance after 3 months..salaries would range from Rs.7000-Rs.14000 Certification would be given along with the stipend for Training Period Students are expected to carry there laptops at the time of internship.
